Disclaimer: Do NOT commission me until you have read the terms of services. I reserve the right to blacklist you for violating my TOS, along with an appropriate refund depending on the progress of the artwork.DO NOT USE MY ART TO TRAIN AI. DO NOT FEED MY ART INTO AI.My commissions do not have a certain amount of slots, since they’re usually first come-first serve, and I take on a certain amount of commissions based on what I think I can handle. I can’t predict which commissions will be simpler and which will be more complex, so having a set number of slots won’t do for me. However, I will close commissions once I think I’ve taken in enough, and won’t open them again until I’ve cleared every commission in my queue.Terms of ServicePayment* All payments will be made via PayPal using USD.* Payment must be paid in full before commission work begins. My prices are pretty affordable so there’s no need for a payment plan.
* Commissions will be completed by order of acceptance, however I may prioritize some commissions if they are simpler to help clear my queue.
* Any extreme edits in the middle of the artwork’s process will be charged depending on the severity of it if it wasn’t communicated to me. If it is an issue on my part, there won’t be any additional fees.
* If I complete your commission and you chargeback the money I’ve earned without a valid reason and without warning, you will be blacklisted. If it cannot be discussed with a proper solution, I WILL make a Beware on you to protect other artists. If you are unhappy with the commission, this must be discussed at beginning stages, there is no excuse.My Process* I’ll always send the initial sketch for approval or edits. Please be clear of ALL edits you’d like during the first edit. Afterwards, it will be an additional fee. (Unless it’s a mistake on my part, then it will be free.)
* I will ask again if any corrections are needed when I lay down the base colors to check for markings, correct colors, etc. Afterwards, any corrections later on may end up with additional fees, unless the issue is on my part rather than lack of communication.
* After lineart has been started on, your refund will no longer be in full, but in partial. Depending on how far I am in the piece will result in a lower refund.
* The artwork I send you WILL be watermarked (not on top of the drawing however), and commissioning me means you give me permission to use the commission work as price examples, or to post it on my social media’s. If this is an issue for a special reason, we may negotiate. But this will not be the norm, and I suggest not commissioning me if you’d rather me not post your commission on my page.
* If you post my artwork anywhere at all, CREDIT ME.
* Make sure the characters you send me to draw BELONG TO YOU. If you show me a stolen character, you will automatically be blacklisted. I also will not draw you art of popfurs. (This doesn’t include famous characters however, such as Judy Hopps, Robin Hood, etc.)
* Characters with extremely complicated designs will have an additional fee, depending on how complicated the design can range from 5-10 USD extra. I won’t charge over 10 for a fee. I will not draw extremely detailed mech or armor.
* After completion, I will email a high resolution png of the artwork to your email. If you’d like a jpeg instead, please ask! Pngs and jpegs in RGB are all I can offer.Refunds* I understand when life happens and suddenly you need your money back. I accept full refunds if the artwork hasn’t been started or is in its sketching stages. However once line art starts, you can only get a partial refund. If it’s in its finishing stages, a refund is no longer accepted.
* If lineart has started, you can receive 60% of your refund back.
* You cannot ask for a refund after the artwork is finished and is given to you because you are “unhappy” with it. Adjustments should have been made during the sketching stages, or when I’ve asked if any corrections are needed. There is no excuse to need a refund when the artwork is finished.Commercial Use* You may not use any of my artworks for commercial use, such as prints, t-shirts, mugs, buttons, merch, etc. Even if it’s your own character, it isn’t right to use MY art, and is still copyright infringement.What I will/will not drawWill draw:

* Humans
* Candy gore
* Fluff
* ClothesWon’t draw:
* nsfw
* Fetish related things
* Actual gore
* Anything with slurs, even if censored
* Heavily detailed mechas/robots
* Heavily detailed exoskeletons
* Self harm/Self hateMiscellaneous* Please be polite during exchanges! Please no use of slurs in our chat, I can’t confirm if you’re rightfully using them, so I rather them not be used at all.
* Any rudeness will be a red flag, and I’ll blacklist you.
* Any hate talk towards a group of people based on: race, ethnicity, religion, sexuality, gender identity/sex, disability, etc will make you automatically blacklisted and blocked.
